Class Guide

Dear Players,

While the classes available to you will differ drastically depending on which TTRPG system we choose to play, there are a few guidelines I believe I can leave you with.

Martials

All purely martial characters will be from some corner of the Erkad Alliance. If you are interested in formal military/fighting training for your character, look up Mirikk Military Academy in Ayrith. Otherwise, check out the countries of the Erkad Alliance and the various regions within to pick out where you think your character is from.

Casters

Most types of casters will be from some corner of the Erkad Alliance. There are however, two major exceptions: nature-based casters and knowledge-based casters.

Nature-based

Those who are able to manipulate nature or gain mostly nature-based spells could have been inducted into the Talon Order, an order of druids who protect the natural world of Morshir. Full-casters, half-casters, nature-based subclasses, or anyone with access nature-based spells due to feats or species could be written to be in the Talon Order.

Knowledge-based

Those who gain their magic purely through study and hard work learned their magic at the Academy Surane, and upon graduation, became citizens of Surane. Full-casters, half-casters, arcane subclasses, or anyone with a relevant feat could be written to have gone to the Academy Surane. Divine magic, Inherited magic, and Pact magic are all strictly excluded.
