The Durian Plains is a region in Durian that runs the length of the country between Morrain's Spine and the Inner Sea.

This region encompasses most of Durian, including the main plains as well as Dragonclaw Ridge and Chilnola Rise. The main plains are a gently rolling hills that make for great farm land.

Durian's capital Tembor and its Kingland Center for the Arts is located in these Plains, as well as a few Surane towers. Due to the large size of the region, civilization is isolated to mostly small farming towns and villages, and the further from a town you go, the more like the chance of wild animals.

The people of the Durian Plains tend to be simple, honest folk. Most like agrarian lives in small communities. They often love to trade with those from further away, preferring favors and textiles over gold.

Folk from Durian Plains are often of firm builds, as most live on farms or do some kind of menial labor.
