The War of the Spine

The War of the Spine refers to the ancient conflict between dwarves, orcs, and hobgoblins in the caves under Morrain's Spine during The First Spring.

Clans of these three species all ended up under Morrain's Spine during their migration from the Elemental Plains and fought for control of the territory.

Eventually, the dwarves and orcs formed an alliance against the hobgoblins and drove them out into Grenort Forest.
